This page outlines benefits for U.S.-based part-time team members, fellows, and other temporary team members. Benefits vary based on employment status and scheduled hours and differ from those provided to regular full-time team members. These roles are not eligible for employer-sponsored health insurance. The sections below outline the benefits available to each group.
Part-Time Team Members
Regular part-time team members who work fewer than 30 hours per week receive 50% of full-time benefits, where applicable. Benefits for fellows and other temporary roles are addressed separately below.
Paid Time Off
- Vacation: 12.5 days per year (100 hours) (accrues per week worked) Time Off Guidelines
- Exempt employees: Vacation accrues weekly based on weeks worked. Part-time exempt employees accrue vacation on a prorated basis based on their regular scheduled weekly hours relative to a 40-hour workweek.
- Hourly employees: Vacation accrues based on hours worked, at the equivalent prorated rate.
- Carryover Limit: Employees may carry over up to 3 days of unused vacation time into the new calendar year. Any unused vacation above the applicable carryover limit will be forfeited at year-end, subject to applicable law.

Full-time Fellow
Full-time fellows and other temporary team members who work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for the following benefits:

- Co-Working Space: Up to $250 per month for the duration of their fellowship
