The GitLab Foundation has curated an ever-growing list of vendors that our grantee partners could work with to improve how they collect data, listen to their clients, obtain feedback, measure the effectiveness of their programs, and communicate their impact.

Our grantee partners are not required to work with these vendors.

If interested in learning more, please message these organizations directly or write to measurement@gitlabfoundation for an introduction.

Types of vendors:

  1. Survey Tools and Technology: Use these tools to build strong feedback loops with your program participants, track outcomes internally, and create integrated data systems for continuous learning.
  2. Outcome Measurement and Rigorous Impact Evaluation Services: Use these services to reduce bias in participant responses through a 3rd party service, increase the credibility that programs have a positive impact, or use experimentation to remove bias to improve confidence that programs have a causal effect on participant outcomes.
  3. Participant Feedback and Impact Measurement Coaching and Advisory: Use these services to refine your theory of change, build out your impact evidence strategy, get strategic advice from experts in participant feedback and impact measurement, or to join a cohort to learn from organizations facing similar challenges.

1. Survey Tools, and Data Platforms

Purpose: Collect data from your clients to better understand their challenges, needs, and your program’s effects on their lives.
